The Butterfly Signature Drink

The Butterfly Signature Drink is perfect for your wedding, rehearsal dinner or party!

Ingredients:
Broker’s Gin shaken with crushed gooseberries and a splash of white cranberry juice, garnished with a gooseberry, right.


Directions:
Add 6 gooseberries and mash, then add to a Cocktail Shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add 1 ½ oz. Broker’s gin, ½ oz. lemon juice, ½ oz. simple syrup and 2 oz. Ocean Spray white cranberry juice.

Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a gooseberry.

Design your own signature drink (with your own signature color) to include as a cocktail at your reception.   This one is a  a spin on the traditional Cosmo, add a Lemon twist.  This is your chance to be creative, have something of your own and have fun.

Ingredients:
2 ounces Marani Vodka
1 ounce Pomegranate Juice
1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Ingredients:
Absolut Raspberri
1 part Blue Curacao
1 part Grenadine
1 part Gin
Blueberry
Raspberry

Fill a sling glass to the rim with ice cubes. Pour absolut raspberri, blue curacao, grenadine and plymouth gin into a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with dry ice cubes and stir. Strain the drink into the sling glass. Garnish with a blueberry (on cocktail stick) and a raspberry (whole).

The Wedding Toast Signature Drink

Make the toast at your wedding extra special with this great signature drink.


Ingredients:
1 part Bourbon
1 part ginger ale
1 part simple syrup
Juice of ½ lime
4 skinned cucumber slices
5 sage leaves (without stems)
Dash of bitters

Muddle fruit, add ingredients (except ginger ale) shake with ice strain into a martini glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a floating sage leaf.

The Purple Orchid is the perfect signature drink!
Ingredients:

- 1 1/4 parts Grey Goose L'Orange vodka
- 3/4 parts creme de violette
- 3/4 parts lemon juice
- 1/2 parts simple syrup
- 1 dash peach bitters or orange bitters

Garnish: 1 edible orchid or violet flower

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add all ingredients. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into martini cocktail glass and garnish with flower.
